With a European Health Insurance Card you have the right to emergency health care at Vårdcentraler (Healthcare centres) and hospitals.
There are plenty of health care centres in Göteborg. In the city centre there’s Vårdcentralen Kungshöjd at Kaserntorget 11 A.
If you do not have a European Health Insurance Card you can get emergency healthcare at:
Vårdcentral för hemlösa (Healthcare centre for homeless) You need to book through the staff at Crossroads.
Vasa Victoria Tandvård emergency dental care You need to book through the staff at Crossroads.
At Matteuskyrkans pre-school (see below) you can get informa- tion about healthcare for children.
CHILDREN'S CARE
At Matteuskyrkan in Majorna there is a pre-school for children to EU migrants.
Göteborgs Räddningsmission is responsible for the project and they also assist children in schoolgoing age. Open Mon-Fri 9-15
